Terms of Service

The service

Viewer Link is independently operated by its developer, publicly known as FierceGreen. Viewer Link and FierceGreen are product and creator names, not a claim of incorporation. These terms govern use of the streamer-controlled desktop application, supported game integrations and viewer interfaces. Features depend on the game, session state and connected platforms. Service availability is not guaranteed; see current platform availability for account and integration restrictions.

Your accounts and permissions

Use accounts you own or have permission to manage. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher eligibility and age requirements of each connected platform, including separate LIVE or gifting rules. Do not impersonate another streamer, share access credentials or bypass account-verification controls.

Viewer Link uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of TikTok and Twitch remains subject to their applicable terms. TikTok Login Kit handles account sign-in; the separate third-party LIVE receiver is not an official Login Kit gift API and its availability is not guaranteed. Viewer Link is not endorsed by these platforms or the game publishers.

Streamer and viewer responsibilities

Streamers select effects, prices, supported quantities and session settings. Only connect games and modifications you are entitled to use, and follow the game’s and platform’s rules. Viewers should review the effect description, amount and total before sending a request.

Do not use Viewer Link to harass people, overwhelm connections, manipulate balances, send unauthorized commands, or interfere with another person’s account or system.

Effect delivery and interruptions

Effects depend on an active game connection and a compatible game state. Paused effects may wait in the streamer’s queue. A queued request does not guarantee execution; the app reports results from the game connection. Disconnects, game crashes, unsupported effects and other failures can interrupt delivery. Keep backups of game saves when testing effects.

Sparks and platform gifts

Sparks are virtual interaction credits tied to one streamer. They are not money, cannot be cashed out and are not transferable between streamers. There are no real-money Sparks purchases in this website.

The streamer sets grants, refill rules and effect prices within their plan’s limits. Claims are manual. Sparks are reserved when a request is admitted and settled or released according to its reported outcome; a status of unknown is not confirmation that an effect ran.

TikTok gifts are handled by TikTok under its own purchase and gifting rules. Viewer Link does not sell those gifts, process those payments or provide TikTok refunds. Sending a gift does not guarantee a game effect: mappings, session state and delivery conditions still apply.

Purchases and subscriptions

Authenticated streamers can use Stripe sandbox checkout to test Pro and Ultimate subscriptions. These are test subscriptions only: real payments and real-money Sparks purchases are disabled. Use only Stripe test payment details. A test plan becomes available after the server verifies the payment event, and a test subscription can be managed or canceled from the plans page.

Before real payments are enabled, the final offer must identify the seller, price, renewal frequency, cancellation process and applicable refund terms. These terms do not authorize real charges. See Plans & refunds for current test prices and billing-support information. Sparks balance adjustments are separate from money refunds.

Account restrictions and appeals

Viewer Link may restrict or ban an account to address misuse, violations of these rules or threats to the service. A ban stops access to Viewer Link even when the account previously had a paid plan. The moderation record includes a reason, and you may request a review by emailing viewerlinkapp@gmail.com with your linked platform account and any case reference provided.

When an account is banned, Viewer Link requests cancellation of future subscription renewals. If cancellation fails, it remains a support issue to resolve; a ban is not confirmation that a payment provider has completed cancellation. Unbanning restores access but does not restart a subscription.

Unused paid time is subject to manual refund review. A ban does not automatically issue a refund or mean that all refund rights are lost. A review considers the circumstances, any billing error and rights required by applicable law. Contact support to request a review or appeal its outcome. Any refund must be processed separately through the payment provider. In the current sandbox, no real money is charged or refunded.

Privacy and broadcast visibility

Read the Privacy Policy for the information used in sign-in, balances and effect delivery. Your display name, avatar and requested effect may appear to the streamer and in a stream overlay or recording.

Changes, access and support

Features may change or become unavailable. Streamers can pause or end their sessions. Access may be restricted to address misuse or technical problems. No particular game, effect or third-party integration is guaranteed to remain available.

See the Privacy Policy to request account-data deletion and the plans page to cancel a test subscription. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Material changes to these terms will be described here with a new effective date. Any new paid offer must disclose its terms before you choose it.
