Common questions
I cannot see any effects.
The streamer needs to start a connected game session. Keep their viewer page open; effects appear automatically when it is ready. You can still see your Sparks while waiting.
Why is an effect queued or held?
It is waiting for the streamer or game. Delivery may be paused. Check Activity for the result.
Where are my Sparks?
Each streamer has a separate balance. Click Claim Sparks to collect them, then wait for the refill countdown. The countdown continues through interruptions; you can claim again when the streamer has an active, connected session.
How do I connect TikTok?
Link the account you stream from in Settings, then choose Connect LIVE while you are live. Sign-in currently requires an approved test account. See platform availability.
Why does TikTok say I have too many triggers?
Free allows 5 enabled gift triggers. Pro allows 10 gift and like triggers combined. Both allow one effect per trigger. Ultimate allows unlimited triggers and up to 12 effects per trigger, with more event types.
Disable extra triggers or update your plan to reconnect. Disabled triggers stay saved and do not use a slot.
Can viewers work toward a trigger together?
Yes. Choose everyone together or each viewer separately in TikTok triggers. The viewer who completes the count gets credit. Editing a trigger resets its count.
My viewer link does not work.
Copy a fresh link from the desktop app. If it opens without effects, check that your session is running and the game is connected.
The game disconnected or crashed.
Reopen the game and start a new session. Check Activity before retrying an effect so it does not run twice.
Windows blocked Viewer Link.
Keep Windows security protection enabled. Contact support with the warning and app version before continuing.
Plans & payments
Pro and Ultimate checkout currently use test payments only. No real money is charged. Use Manage plan in the app to manage or cancel your test subscription.
View plans and refundsAccount bans & appeals
A ban blocks access and requests cancellation of future renewals. Unbanning does not restart a subscription. Refunds for unused paid time are reviewed individually, without limiting your legal rights. Test subscriptions do not charge or refund real money.
To appeal or request a refund review, email viewerlinkapp@gmail.com with your linked account, any case reference and a short explanation. Mention any unexpected renewal. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents.

For a bug, include your app version, what happened and any error message. Do not send passwords, account tokens or configuration files.
For access, correction or deletion of your data, include your platform and display name. We will verify that the account is yours. You can also remove your YouTube data without deleting Sparks or settings. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
Current platform availability
Viewer Link currently supports Twilight Princess with a compatible Dusklight build. Some connections are still in testing:
- TikTok: Only approved test accounts can sign in while production approval is pending. LIVE events use a separate third-party connection. Sign-in approval does not approve that connection or guarantee it will remain available.
- Twitch: Website sign-in and the extension are separate. The extension is available to authorized testers on the test channel, not the public yet.
- Payments: Use test payment details only. Real charges and paid Sparks are disabled.
